You may request a full refund of your Hosting Fees within 30 Days if whatever reason you are dissatisfied with our services and wish to cancel. You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the hosting service you have cancelled.


Tick 24 Hour Support Guarantee

You may request a one pound credit in the event that a technical support ticket is either not resolved or responded to within 24 hours. Limited to one ticket per day.


Tick Server Uptime Guarantee

You may request a refund of your Hosting Fees for the period of the downtime recorded for the server your service is hosted on. If you do so and the downtime of the server is deemed by ourselves to not have been caused by any fault of yourself, you will receive a full refund for Hosting Fees paid during the period the server was unavailable.


Tick Price Freeze Guarantee

The twelve month price freeze guarantee applies only to the customers individual monthly or yearly recurring fee for shared web hosting orders.
